How does JF check the quality of their product?
We will select samples of at least 5 meters in length of every production batch and test the properties and make Test Report (COA).
How does customer know how many splices are in a roll?
The number of splices is listed on the roll label. Typically, our film roll doesn’t have any splice.
How does JF identify their product?
Each roll will have their own label. Label is attached on the side of the roll.
Each Pallet will have their own label. Labels is attached on the outside of heat barrier.
What’s the MOQ?
The MOQ depends on film type and specification, pls contact us for further info.
How does JF pack and deliver the films?
Packing Method 1:
Vertical, packing. With 3 inch (76mm) paper core (customer can choose other size). Wrap each roll with polyethylene film, and attach paper board to both side of roll. Depends on roll specification, about 20 Rolls in 1 pallet, Cover whole pallet with heat barrier.
Packing Method 2:
Horizontal packing. Usually for some of large size. With 3 inch (76mm) paper core (Customer can choose other size), Wrap each roll with polyethylene film, and attach wooden board to both side of roll. 6 rolls in 1 pallet, cover whole pallet with heat barrier.
How should the film be stored?
Stored in temperatures below 30℃ (86°F)
Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and dust.
How PETG shrink film to be printing?
Suitable for gravure printing, flexographic printing, UV inkjet printing
Are JF’s films corona treated?
No corona treated, and our shrink film can be easily printed without corona treated.
What’s the glue for PETG shrink film?
The mix of 1,4-Dioxane and 1,3-Dioxolane. Pls contact us for more info.
How to Shrink?
Best shrink results are achieved with boiling water, a hot air or steam tunnel, also can be shrunk by using heat gun.
Can I ask for samples of JF’s film?
Yes, depends on your needs, A4 paper size, 300m length, 2000m length of sample can be provided. And you need to pay the transportation fee.
Is PETG Shrink Film environmentally friendly?
Yes, it’s 100% recyclable, and much more environmentally friendly than PVC. We also offer R-PET shrink film and C-PET shrink film, which is more environmentally friendly.
